The analysis reportedly found that within hours of receiving the video file, Bezos's phone saw an "unprecedented exfiltration" of 126 MB of data. The analysis claims to have found it "highly probable" that Bezos' phone was intruded by an infected video file sent from the account of the Saudi heir.
Bezos went public about the incident after allegedly being shaken down by the National Enquirer tabloid, which he said threatened to expose a "below-the-belt" selfie he'd taken and other private messages he'd exchanged with a woman he was dating while still married at the time.
The UN experts reviewed a 2019 digital forensic analysis of Mr Bezos' iPhone, which they said was made available to them as UN Special Rapporteurs.
The report said digital forensic analysis of the Amazon boss's phone first began early previous year following the publication of revelations about Mr Bezos's private life in USA tabloid the National Enquirer, which included private text messages.
In response, Saudi Arabia's United States embassy called the claims "absurd" and asked for an investigation. The dissident wrote columns critical of Mohammed bin Salman. The CIA later found in its investigation that it was the crown prince who had ordered the murder.
Saudi Experts have told Guardian that Bezos was targetted because of his involvement with the Saudi government and the fact that he owns The Washington Post.
Amazon declined to comment over the reports.

Bezos is the owner of The Washington Post, which employed as a contributing columnist Jamal Khashoggi, a Saudi journalist murdered in October 2018 at Riyadh's consulate in Istanbul.
Saudi Arabia however maintained it had nothing to do with the leaked media reports or the alleged hacking of Bezos' phone.
The same spyware may have also been used to hack the smartphone of a journalist Jamal Khashoggi, who was murdered in a Saudi consulate in Turkey on an order from Prince Mohammed, according to the Central Intelligence Agency. It will also affect the efforts of Saudi crown prince to lure western investors.
Another point of contention between Bezos and the Saudis involves Bezos' ownership of the Washington Post.
De Becker didn't specify which part of the Saudi government he blamed for the hack, but said the results "have been turned over to federal officials".
Gavin de Becker, a security consultant working for Bezos, has also suggested that Saudi Arabia played a role in the attack on the CEO's phone.
They will say there was enough evidence to suggest Riyadh was behind the hacking and recommend that both Saudi Arabia and the USA to investigate, a person familiar with the matter told the Reuters news agency.
